About This Role

You will be part of the regional GBS EU+ Customer&Market Insights team. The team is supporting regional processes and projects with special focus on enhancing and improving the regional analytical capabilities and the automation of processes that will help the regional team to enhance and improve their insight generation.  The overall mission is to create integrated strategic insights and robust analytical tools that can easily measure business performance.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • patient and market reporting across US Market and its geographies
  • analyse US country data to find possible data gaps and correct accounting
  • provide analytical brand performance support
  • ·analytical tools enhancement/process Improvement: leverage your analytics expertise to assess the best way to improve, enhance and automate current tools and processes to allow a faster and more robust insight and analytical generation an
  • act as a consultant in identifying non productive processes and tools and makes recommendations to optimize and improve those processes
  • apply analytical expertise to support decision making
  • lead or support regional CMI projects
  • demonstrate project management skills, ability to interact with multiple stakeholders & senior management
  • leverage standardized analytical tools to create geographic analysis

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are a data enthusiast, experienced in cooperating with a large multi-national company, with a great deal of knowledge about analyzing big data sets and converting them into actionable insights. You have also strong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills.

 

Required Skills

  • master degree in business or science related (Business mgmt., Finance, Data science, Engineering, Business Excellence or other relevant),
  • proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage,
  • min. 3-5 years relevant experience within a large multi-national company or consulting firm with special focus on analyzing big data sets and converting them into actionable insights,
  • proficient level of Excel and knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of Visual Basic programming with capabilities to create Macros that can optimize large files and automate calculations,
  • “R” analytical tool is a great advantage
  • ability to mine multiple data sets from disparate data sources and identify performance trends and patterns,
  • ability to develop analytical models to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, as well as diagnose overall business performance at a National and geographic level excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables,
  • highly collaborative – must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and take guidance and direction from Customer&Market Insights peers and Senior Leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • solid understanding of commercial datasets of large companies. Able to synthesize large amount of unstructured and complex data into a simple and more structured data sets,
  • strong analytical and quantitative skill set, data driven,
  • strong project management skills, focused on attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong cross-functional coordination skills,
  • driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy, bright and creative individual with desire and ability to own a high profile part of the business,
  • strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly,
  • strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high quality outcome,
  • previous experience in Pharma industry is an advantage but not required,
  • strong team player. Ability to develop strong network across company,
  • project Management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams,
  • shared Services/Global Business Services experience in delivering relevant service services to an international client base (either external or internal).
