Job Description

About This Role

The Sr. Analyst is responsible for Patient Services reporting and data analysis as required to support our call center operations and patient strategic initiative programs in US. This involves the design, development and implementation of new reports and metrics as well as the evaluation and validation of existing measures.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather, develop, and design reports in conjunction with internal teams and partners using Tableau and other tools
  • Manage and deliver on ad hoc request submitted by operational and business partners through request portal
  • Gather reporting requirements and develop daily reporting needs
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly power point presentations, i.e., create weekly slide deck for the marketing team regarding the ALZ DSE phone line– includes reviewing call logs and taking screenshots of the dashboard
  • Design and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization
  • Update and modify existing dashboards in collaboration with business partners
  • Update existing reports with new business rules (for example, going into every dashboard to make sure we have the same filters for grads/never starts etc.) or based on requests that Ops submits through our MS Team request tracker
  • Capture feedback from demos and incorporate those changes into reports
  • Review and validate Dashboards, excel models and requirements for accuracy

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are an analyst with good communication skills. You know how to solve problems and you are great in working under the time pression. You have a “will do” attitude and you are eager to learn new processes and systems.

 

Required Skills

  • ·2+ years’ experience with data analysis, business intelligence
  • Technical proficiency in Tableau or Power BI and all MS Office products with an ability to learn new processes and systems quickly (advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to communicate and present to leadership/stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Action oriented
  • Ability to adapt to change
  •  

Nice to haves

  •  SQL, Business Object environment experience
  • Reporting experience, filling out dashboards, work with Power Point,
  • Initial modeling experience and creating forecast models eg. in MS Excel
