Job Description
The Sr Manager, Global Medical Operations – Alzheimer’s Disease will be dedicated to the Alzheimer’s Business Unit (ABU) and focus on US and subsequent global role up for reporting with additional country approvals. Role would also manage IT updates across tools and vendors (e.g. ReADy Trak, Veeva) to ensure critical business questions are being addressed with data. Role would also work with US and global teams to manage content for presentations and coordinate and manage dashboard reporting.
Accountabilities:
• Focused on ADUHELM in US and subsequent global role up for reporting with additional country approvals. Reporting on ADU global medical and field medical metrics on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis. Working across Medical organization to pull together updates for LT, BOD, EC, BLOT, ELOT, etc. Will pull together draft of updates to management and needs an eye towards relevant information delivered in succinct fashion
• Analysis of medical field generated insights (VoKOLs) on weekly / monthly / ad hoc basis for US and liaising with above market ECP and BIR individuals for global ADU insights
• Work across ABU Medical organization to lead finance and strategic processes (Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, 3 quarterly forecasts, ILS / ICP) and support financial updates (accruals, PO for month and quarter end)
• Attend internal Eisai partner meetings, work with Medical directors to compile presentations for Eisai (monthly updates, JCC / JSC); other ad hoc presentations and cross train with contracting / ESE submissions recasts, ILS / ICP) and support financial updates (accruals, PO for month and quarter end)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business related discipline or Life Sciences degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience OR Masters / MBA with 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and/or finance/strategic consulting discipline
• Experience in data management and collaborating with cross functional teams on reporting improvement initiatives
• Experience developing executive management -level presentations
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V and H lookups) and Powerpoint
