About this role

As the Sr Business Analyst for ADS Technology Strategy and Innovation, you will support innovation in Analytics and Data Science (ADS) by working with teams to document requirements and achieve timely deliverables for technology and process initiatives.  You have the ability to establish effective business relationships with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization working with people at different levels.

What you’ll do

• Project management of key projects to drive ADS strategic goals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and definition and documentation of requirements
• Assist ADS colleagues with the initiative process as well as serve as a liaison to translate business needs to technical requirements. 
• Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of ADS custom applications to intake and report on initiative progress and success criteria across ADS.

Who you are

You are an analyst who has a high attention to detail including and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.  You have excellent organization and written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree

• 3-5 years relevant project management work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience with visual presentation (i.e. Dashboarding)
• 3-5 years’ experience with MS Office Applications (Excel, Power BI, TEAMs)

Preferred skills: 

• PMP Certification
• Familiarity with clinical trial business processes and technology
• Six sigma yellow belt or above
