About This Role

The Senior Program Manager of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships will join the US team to support the creation of new business opportunities. This role will support this newly established function in a number of ways: portfolio management, ownership of all partnership processes and procedures, business case development, cross-functional and stakeholder management, assistance in scoping activities, timeline development and partner on potential GTM strategies where appropriate. This position will also act as project manager on certain initiatives managing budget, scope and timeline dependencies and deliverables. They will need to operate with a strong sense of urgency, demonstrated business acumen and an innovative spirit.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with setting up an operational rhythm for a newly established department, inclusive of governance and communication plans
  • Development of SOP and processes for new partner contracting
  • Establish relationship with shared services partners inclusive of legal, compliance, finance, business development, and procurement
  • Manage the portfolio CRM  
  • Create and maintain project timelines; Manage to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget parameters
  • Support the development of short and long-term Account planning vision
  • With oversight, develop a change management communication plan for all stakeholders
  • Partner on all procurement and deal closing activities
  • Support the analysis associated with evaluating certain partnerships

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of program management in a health tech environment
  • Strong program management skills with a solution-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated relationship building and cross-functional teamwork skills to effectively direct and influence results across a diverse set of Global stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
