2.     Strictly follow Biogen's commercial policies and compliance requirements, manage all levels of distributors in the area, including but not limited to new account opening, purchasing, sales and inventory,   payment collection, order execution, logistics and transportation, channel compensation, return and exchange, etc.

严格遵循渤健的商业政策以及合规要求，对辖区内各层级商业进行管理，包括但不限于开户、进销存、回款、订单执行、物流运输、渠道补偿、退换货等

3.     According to Biogen's project strategy and requirements, make the execution plan within the area and effective execute to support the business development.

根据渤健的项目战略和要求，制定区域内的执行计划并有效执行以支持业务发展

4.     Good cross-functional communication. Build an effective collaboration mechanism. Support local/provincial/national reimbursement affairs and hospital listing. Stay up to date with local/provincial reimbursement policies and inform internal team of opportunities.

良好的跨部门定期沟通，建立有效合作机制，支持地方/省/国家报销事务以及医院列名，了解最新的各省市级医保政策，通知内部相关部门机会

5.     According to Biogen's retail policy, rationally allocate resources and manage the daily management of the pharmacy, including but not limited to pharmacy training, PAP projects, pharmacy dual-channel business development, return and exchange, etc.

根据渤健的零售政策，合理分配资源，做好药店的日常管理工作，包括但不限于药店培训、患者援助项目、药店双通道业务拓展、退换货等

6.     In charge of drug procurement platform listing management in the area

负责辖区内药品采购平台的挂网工作

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Pharmacy/medical background is preferred
• Local territory language knowledge a must; proficiency in English is preferred
• At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical channel management in multinational corporation
• Experience in retail channel management is preferred 
• Strong team player with a “Can do” and “Never give up” mentality
