About This Role
The Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Planning will independently create FG plans and consult with CAP for mid- to high-complexity studies (i.e. Ph3, multi arm, broader distribution country list), with the responsibility for overseeing and managing daily supply activities for Intl markets/supply chain. Responsibilities are medium to high complexity and include new market introduction, items, SKUs, Device and Study complexity. You will identify and solves problems in your area of expertise, apply in-depth knowledge to develop/implement solutions, utilize learning to improve work in other areas and provide coaching to other team members.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with Manager/CAP/COL on project goals, prioritization and strategic direction
- Plan/execute work independently and provide data for executive management reporting
- Represents core function in audits, as required
- Ability to work independently on routine and new assignments
- Under minimal supervision for complex and ambiguous assignments
- Participation in audits where required
- Interpretation of complex information via excellent written, presentation/oral communication, and customer service skills
- Represents core function as sub-team lead in cross-functional projects
Who You Are
You are highly detail oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. You have a minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain planning or management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech area.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a Science-based discipline
- 5 to 7 years supply chain planning or management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Preferred Skills
- Clinical Supply Chain planning experience
