Job Description

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the District Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy for the Biogen Alzheimer’s franchise. The District Sales Manager should be a skilled sales leader to be in charge of hiring and managing the sales team in charge of the new Alzheimer franchise in Brazil. S/he will work with cross-functional partners (i.e., Marketing, Key Accounts, Reimbursement, Patient Services, and Medical) to deploy solutions that drive appropriate demand, ensuring team alignment in overall execution of strategy. In this role S/he will be one of our key contributors in our new franchise at Biogen to drive key strategic choices to execute a historic launch in Alzheimer’s Disease.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing /Communication/Science

Advanced level in English is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a passion and the ambition for commercializing breakthrough medicine in specialty care, a strong competitive mindset, robust scientific acumen and tactical approach.

 Launch experience in specialty care is a strong plus.

Strong sales management experience

Flexibility to travel - up to 50% in Specific locations, including overnight
