Essential duties and responsibilities:

·       Lead the pricing & market access strategy & tactics for Aduhelm and achieve approval across China cross-functions, regional and global team to maximize patient access to Aduhelm

·       Lead internal stakeholders and external partners to design the innovative payment program/private health insurance and achieve internal approval

·       Cooperate with global Value & Access team, external vendors and HEOR experts to design and implement Health Economics project and generate China local economic evidence

·       Work with internal functions to develop AD stakeholder mapping and customer engagement plan to advocate government for the importance of early diagnosis and achieve favorable policy environment for Aduhelm

·       Develop value dossier/key message/communication materials and align with cross-functions to deliver value to payers/other stakeholders and support national/regional access initiative

·       Provide policy/market access landscape analysis to support business decisions effectively and work closely with other functions to deliver good business result and patient benefit

·       Facilitate the cooperation with insurance companies or Third-Party Administrator to explore opportunities of province or city supplementary commercial insurance to improve innovative drugs’ accessibility

Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills:

·       Bachelor degree or above

·       A minimum of 7~10 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience in market access strategy/HEOR role

·       Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required

·       NRDL project management and consulting job experience is referred
