Job Description

Overall objective of job:

  • Develop and execute holistic innovative patient access program to maximize patient access to AD products of Biogen
  • Set up the program on schedule and manage program operation with high compliance and good patient/physician experience
  • Coordinate/support AD therapeutical area policy shaping activities

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead external partners of innovative patient access program and internal functions to get all program agreements signed on time and launch the program on schedule
  • Collaborate with internal functions and external partners/vendors to set up the program infrastructure, including program SOP, distribution channel, online platform and so on, to provide premium service for patients and caregivers
  • Monitor the progress of project budget and ensure the program execution in compliance by working with internal cross-functional team and external partners/vendors
  • Develop forecast model and monitor the inventory of the goods in proper level to ensure drug supply on time with expected quantity
  • Support central/local Market Access team on AD policy shaping and Supplementary Medical Insurance activities


Essential knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • A minimum of three (5) years of relevant work experience (project management, market access, marketing or medical affairs in healthcare industry)
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
  • Excel & Power point in Microsoft Office
