Job Description

Responsible for administrative support working closely with the UK Biosimilar management team across a range of commercial activities, under the direction of the Regional Senior Director (RSD). This will include administrative and project management tasks, as well as some diary and travel management. Key focus areas include supporting meetings & sponsorship submissions, tracking and management of zinc jobs (approvals), overall launch project tracking and supporting the RD with individual/team related travel, meetings & events.

Principal Accountabilities

30% - Calendar management and travel booking of RSD and planning BBU management team calendar meetings/events, capturing minutes and action follow up requirements

30% - Supporting completion of paperwork and project managing administration of meetings and sponsorships – inc raising POs, processing and administering requests for external funding, foundation connect

15% - Providing tracking and supporting upload requirements of Veeva jobs for approval and certification

25% - Supporting critical business admin requirements eg materials withdrawals, API updates, on-boarding team members, alignment with affiliate(s) on core processes

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Commercial administration in the pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficient in MS Office packages 
  • Ability to multi-task, deliver and meet tight timelines
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to work well on own and as a part of a team
