We are looking for a Werkstudent Drug Safety (m/w/d) for our Munich site. 

Job Scope: 

• Support Drug Safety team in administration of adverse event and pregnancy reports (incl. follow up, triage and mailbox)
• Support Drug Safety team in handling of product complaints
• Support Drug Safety in global and local projects

Drug Safety: 

• Supports Drug Safety team in collecting, documenting and processing of adverse event and pregnancy reports
• Performs affiliate triage of incoming safety reports incl. triage based on seriousness, local tracking number assignment, entry into tracking sheet, creating paper file
• Supports Drug Safety team in management of follow-up requests and tracking of follow-up request
• Completes case file tracking and assists in archiving
• Handling of product complaints as needed
• Supports Drug Safety in projects as needed

Experience: 

• Fluency in German and English
• User knowledge in MS Office
• Ability to work individually and within a team
• Precise working style

Education: 

Student of medicine, life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing preferred but not mandatory
