We are looking a Praktikant Drug Safety (m/w/d) to support our Drug Safty team in Munich
Job Description
Summary:
- Support the Drug Safety team in administration of adverse event and pregnancy reports incl. follow up.
- Recognition, documentation and reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints to Drug Safety Germany or the responsible service center according to local SOPs.
Drug Safety
- Support Drug Safety team in collecting, documenting and processing of adverse events and pregnancy reports
- Perform affiliate triage of incoming safety reports incl triage based on seriousness, local tracking number assignment, entry into tracking tool, creating case file
- Support Drug Safety team in management of follow-up requests and tracking of follow-up request
- Complete case file tracking and assist in archiving
- Handling product complaints as needed
- Support PV projects as needed
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- User knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Precise working style
Education:
- Student of medicine, life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing preferred but not mandatory
