Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The role is aimed for procuring MRO goods and services, obtaining and negotiating offers/contracts, following up on vendors, maintaining master data related to procurement. Includes documentation coming from vendor (e.g. EHS assessment, GMP assessment, certificates)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. *Set up for reorder*
    Identify vendors, secure and maintain price by yearly contract or one-off offer

  2. *Vendor management*
    Ensure reliability of vendors (OTIF delivery with documentation, workflow adherence, secured offers/contracts), manage exception and follow up of poor-performer vendors

  3. *Reorder*
    Generate requisitions, sanity check requisitions, trigger approval, dispatch purchase orders.

  4. *Services*
    Identify vendor for repair/refurbishment/recalibration of parts (under warranty or not) to external vendors or CBRE Central Services

Qualifications

  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, electro-mecanical matters

  • Fluent in German and English

  • More than 5-year experience in procurement
