Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
We are currently seeking an individual, who will have the opportunity to contribute towards maintaining and improving our industry-leading position in data-driven process monitoring.  In this role, you will be working in partnership with process experts, data engineers, data scientists and other stakeholders to develop tools and business processes to capture and analyze data, and enable process modeling, visualization and actionable insights.

 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Configure and maintain compliant trending system to ensure data is easily assessable and accurate.

  2. Build and maintain data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) applications to extract data from different source systems and enable data availability in front-end applications.

  3. Build and deploy multivariate models for use in GMP manufacturing.

  4. Support Process Trend Analysis including Continued Process Verification (CPV).

  5. Develop and maintain data visualization platforms.

  6. Work collaboratively with different stakeholders, including IT and process experts to develop and deploy data management and analytics systems for manufacturing and other business areas.

Qualifications

Must haves

  • Familiarity in the application of tools such as Discoverant, Statistica and SIMCA for process monitoring

  • Prior experience in using Tableau to build data visualization systems.

  • Programing background, experience in using SQL, Python, and VBA.

  • Fundamental statistical knowledge.

  • Strong writing and communication skills and ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.

Nice to haves

  • Working knowledge of systems and software packages such as MATLAB, PI, Delta V and AWS.

  • Industrial experience/training in biologics or small molecule manufacturing is a plus.
