As a Mid-Level Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams across mobile and web. You’ll help keep delivery on track, teams aligned and stakeholders informed, while building your craft in a fast-moving consulting environment.

This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience in agile and scrum delivery who enjoys working with people, structure and momentum.You’ll balance coordination, planning and communication to help teams deliver complex digital products smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and run agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
• Manage delivery for digital products across web and mobile platforms
• Apply agile and scrum practices consistently to support predictable delivery
• Track milestones, team progress and delivery risks, escalating early where needed
• Coordinate QA, UAT and release activities to support smooth deployments
• Translate product roadmaps into clear delivery plans using agile or hybrid approaches
• Communicate progress, dependencies and risks to stakeholders
• Maintain delivery hygiene across Jira and Confluence
• Contribute to continuous improvement within delivery teams

You’re an Agile Delivery Manager with solid hands-on experience who enjoys working in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You bring a people-first mindset and a strong sense of ownership, helping teams stay focused, organised and moving toward shared outcomes. You’re comfortable facilitating conversations, solving delivery challenges, and adding structure that supports teams rather than slowing them down.

• 3 to 5 years’ experience delivering digital projects, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment
• Hands-on experience delivering digital products across web and mobile
• Strong working knowledge of agile and scrum, with exposure to Kanban or hybrid approaches
• Understanding of QA, testing and release processes, including mobile app releases
• Able to manage competing priorities while keeping delivery on track
• Confident using Jira, Confluence and similar tools to support delivery
• Clear, practical communicator who keeps teams and stakeholders aligned
• Proactive problem solver with a calm, solutions-focused approach
