Job Description

As a Mid Agile Project Manager at Bilue, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful digital projects that shape our future. In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate seamless project delivery, energise agile processes, and cultivate alignment across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Agile Practices: Inspire collaboration and innovation by leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Keep teams aligned and focused on delivering value.

  • Track Progress & Mitigate Risks: Drive transparency by closely monitoring project milestones, team velocity, and identifying potential bottlenecks. Proactively manage risks to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

  • Oversee UAT & Release Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage release schedules with precision, ensuring smooth deployments and readiness for launch.

  • Elevate Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, impactful updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders, offering solutions to challenges and demonstrating continuous progress.

  • Drive Governance & Alignment: Establish and uphold strong governance frameworks, ensuring constant alignment and addressing challenges proactively to drive success.

  • Strategic Reporting: Deliver concise and actionable status reports to the ELT, showcasing progress, identifying risks, and outlining mitigation strategies.

  • Foster Team Collaboration & Growth: Support multiple teams with parallel priorities while nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

About you:
You are a seasoned Agile Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You excel at balancing a people-first approach with a sharp focus on driving results, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional outcomes. With your strong facilitation skills and hands-on agile experience, you inspire teams to perform at their best while aligning efforts with organisational goals. You have a knack for managing multiple workstreams and empowering teams to achieve their full potential.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Proven expertise as a Scrum Master, guiding teams toward success.
  • Ability to juggle multiple actions and deliverables, keeping everything on track without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum processes and leading sprint ceremonies with confidence and clarity.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) to ensure transparency and smooth delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively update and engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to swiftly remove blockers and keep momentum going.
  • A solid understanding of mobile development, UAT, and release management, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
