Job Description

As a mid UX/UI Designer at Bilue, you’ll be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers and delivery managers on varied and exciting projects with a wide range of clients.

You will research and design beautiful mobile and web solutions, continuously developing your craft in research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and user interface design. You'll contribute to creating meaningful, user-centric products that make a real difference in people's lives.

This role will allow you to develop and refine your skills while collaborating with senior Biluers to create practical, impactful solutions. Your hunger for learning and growth will help drive innovation, as you apply best practices across varied projects in mobile, web, cloud, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver user-centric design solutions across research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and user interface design.

  • Work with engineers, designers, and product owners in an agile environment to solve problems and create sophisticated designs.

  • Seek new opportunities to learn, adopt emerging best practices, and apply your skills across multiple projects.

  • Ideate and research solutions before collaborating with senior staff for review and development.

  • With guidance, develop a commercial consulting mindset, understanding client obligations and enhancing ROI.

Qualifications

 

About you:

You’re a friendly, approachable problem-solver who seeks to build strong relationships with clients and teams. You take pride in delivering quality work and are curious about questioning and improving processes where needed. You’re open to feedback and comfortable being the sole Bilue representative in a client team, demonstrating professionalism and flexibility in your role.

Ideally you’ll have the following:

  • 3-5 years of project-based experience in UX/UI, spanning app, mobile, tablet, and web platforms.

  • Experienced in preparing, running, and processing user research and interviews.

  • Skilled in mapping user journeys, value propositions, and personas.

  • Experience creating high-fidelity prototyping and delightful user interface design

  • Comfortable supporting workshops and collaborating with technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with brand and user interface design, iOS HIG, Android Material Design, design systems, and animation.

  • Strong ability to manage workload, navigating shifting priorities to achieve successful outcomes for teams and clients.
