Job Description

Billingsley Company is searching for a Groundskeeper to join our luxury class A multifamily property. This role is crucial in ensuring the grounds are kept clean and debris-free.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the property grounds are well kept and clean

·         Maintain gardening and weeding

·         Assist with keeping the maintenance shop organized and adequately supplied

·         Completion of assigned service request in a timely manner

·         Rotation of after hours on-call schedule, including weekends

·         Adherence to company safety standards

Job Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or equivalency preferred

·         1-year work related experience, as porter or laborer, in a multi-family environment

·         Superior customer service skills

·         Reliable transportation

·         Ability to work weekends

·         Basic computer skills (including email, word, and excel)

·         Positive attitude promoting team work

·         Punctual, dependable, self-starter

·         Ability to multi task
