Job Description

  • Provide pre-sales support to Bus Development Teams and Management Teams through Lead Generation, Market Information Analysis, Competition Knowledge
  • Conduct sales calls to support salespeople, physically, digitally or by phone to generate Leads
  • Organizes prospect meetings online / onsite & coordinates with sales teams to reach targets
  • Research prospect and customer business positions from the perspective of competing companies, relevant sites/marketing ideas and applicable sites
  • Transfer prospective leads, customer knowledge to Sales Heads and Business Group Heads
  • Work with Sales/BD managers to understand prospect profile, and work to ensure that all calling & communication campaigns are structured towards those target profiles / segments.
  • Would carry activity and revenue outcome target based on Business Development parameters

Qualifications

  • 5 years in the related field
  • Experience in B2B business process
  • Experience in Lead & prospect generation roles with track record of prospect funnel creation
  • Understanding of either of the following is added value:
  • Software services / IT Solutions/Consulting /KPO
  • Must have worked in pre-sales/marketing support roles
  • Understanding of Sales & Marketing Cycle is added value
