Technology Consultant

  • Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Street, London, England, gb
  • Full-time

Company Description

We're a people-oriented tech consultancy that works in both tech and people transformation.  Our USP and business niche is that we are a psychometric and tech consultancy that focuses on M&A projects.

We are on a mission to help transform 300 people's careers by 2020, by helping them deliver better and more relevant tech skills and create better teams through the use of psychometrics.

As we specalise in the Mergers & Acqusition ("M&A") market, we work with business big and small, with most projects presenting unique challenges when merging two technology environments, and teams, together. This means a lot of variety both technically and customer-wise for everyone in the team.

We take education very seriously and everyone, from the new intakes to the CEO/COO, are all striving to gain new qualifications.

We believe in transparency from day one, meaning everyone gets to help build the company direction and our goal is to ensure our team genuinely loves Mondays.

Job Description

We're assuming your Windows tech skills are spot-on, you know how to build and manage mission-critical systems for businesses, and you love tech challenges.  You might be working in a larger corporate team, are quite happy to have a chat with anyone in the business but you're not being challenged.  You've got untapped potential, and seek opportunity to learn and shine.

- You put people first, not technology

- You are hungry to absorb a limitless amount of education, tech or non-tech

- You simply Get Stuff Done

- You want to find a job where you LOVE Mondays

We're not looking for people who get excited by job titles and status. Instead, we're looking for someone who is excited about utilising their current skills and learning to become a top-notch consultant.  Someone with personality who, with the right training and opportunities, will happily grab a pen and present to clients - and blow their socks off.  Someone who can own their own space - we expect you not be to be ‘coin operated’, and take responsibility for driving change forwards.
