Job Description
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional member experiences, build meaningful relationships and drive strong business outcomes. Working together, you'll elevate branch performance, strengthen Beyond Bank's presence within the local community and help create better lives for our members every day.
In the role you will:
- Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team, creating a culture where people feel empowered to grow, succeed and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Build trusted relationships with members, understanding their goals and delivering tailored financial solutions that support their financial wellbeing at every stage of life.
- Drive branch growth and performance by identifying opportunities, supporting your team's success and achieving meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialists and community stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and enhance market position.
- Support operational efficiency and effectiveness through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and adherence to organizational strategies.

Qualifications

You bring a strong understanding of risk and compliance, balancing outcomes with sound decision-making and operational excellence. .
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trusted connections with members, colleagues and community stakeholders.
- Committed to building strong community relationships and championing initiatives that support local growth and financial wellbeing.
- Sound risk management and compliance knowledge, with the ability to lead confidently and make informed decisions.

What does our recruitment process look like?
