Job Description
The Role

You'll lead by example and inspire staff to deliver exemplary member service, develop and maximise member relationships, and empower a high performing team to thrive. In the role you will:
- Build genuine, long‑term relationships by proactively connecting with members, uncovering their financial goals, and delivering personalised solutions that strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Champion branch performance by meeting your own sales targets while coaching and motivating your team to achieve theirs. You’ll guide performance with clarity, encouragement, and accountability.
- Work closely with internal specialists and community partners to deliver holistic financial solutions and elevate our presence in the local market.
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient branch operations through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and adherence to organisational risk and compliance standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity and adaptability. Lead your team confidently through change, champion new ideas, and bring our Beyond Bank values to life every day.
- Lead with emotional intelligence, embrace constructive feedback, and champion a growth mindset that empowers both your own development and the advancement of your team.

- Proven experience in business management and the responsibility of owning the development and growth of the branch to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Performance-driven leader with 3+ years of experience, specialising in coaching and team development to drive results and foster growth.
- Expertise in member relationship management with desirable exposure to consumer lending.
- Proficient in local business and community development with a focus on effective risk management.
- Proven ability to guide the strategic direction and growth of the branch.

What does our recruitment process look like?
