- Support customers with everyday banking needs—from account management to expert financial advice

- Partner with specialists to ensure customers receive the best possible outcomes
- Help establish a strong local presence for Beyond Bank in Warrnambool and Victoria’s South West
Qualifications
About you

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping people and supporting your local community
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience in banking or financial services is a bonus—but not essential

What does our recruitment process look like?
