UX Writer

We are looking for a UX writer who is eager to solve meaningful problems and create seamless experiences spanning a broad digital and physical ecosystem. You'll get a chance to work with a team of creatives from diverse disciplines and industries and collaborate closely with the best design research team in the industry to generate insights, concepts and experiences. As a UX writer, you are a key member of the design team. You're a great storyteller who is at ease presenting and discussing your work with clients and stakeholders. You challenge old ways of thinking and put the customer at the center of everything you do. Design thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies are second nature to you. Skills and Experience You Will Need

Degree in writing or design

Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.) is a major plus

Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online required, kiosk, Voice and audio User Interface writing

Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience

A passion for great experience design

4-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in product design or creating of digital experiences

Proficiency in adapting processes to meet project needs

Willingness to collaborate

Self-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountable

Good understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design)

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities

Desired:

Script writing and video production

Content strategy

Knowledge of online marketing, advertising and other interactive experiences
