This is our direct client opening for Recruiting Coordinator, NYC, NY. This is Full Time Position. The coordinator will collaborate with the firm’s recruiters and play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process. Responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring candidate interviews and helping facilitate various ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed. We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Prior experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are essential. • Keen attention to detail and project management skills, as well as sound judgment, are required. This is Full Time Position. The coordinator will collaborate extensively with multiple team members in Talent Development, providing administrative support for a range of projects including candidate assessment, performance management, and mentoring efforts. Responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of feedback and performance management initiatives, coordinating mentoring and candidate assessment projects, and helping administer the firm’s internal training programs.A bachelor’s degree (in any field of study) is a prerequisite, as is proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn quickly. This is our direct client opening for Corporate Services Coordinator, NYC, NY. This is Full Time Position.The coordinator will be responsible for a variety of corporate services projects including but not limited to upkeep of dozens of printers in the office, coordination of printing and binding services, maintaining office supply inventory, handling outgoing postage (including overnight carriers), international shipping and receiving, delivery of time-sensitive and confidential documents to employees in the New York office, leadership of the RFP process for new vendors, and seasonal projects such as mass holiday mailings.• This individual should be a self-starter and a quick learner with a demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Superb attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven customer service attitude are critical. • Ideal candidates will have approximately two to four years of administrative experience in a large, professional services institution. • A bachelor’s degree is required. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is a plus.
