Job Description

This is a direct-client opening for a Web Analytics Specialist located in Merrimack, NH. This is a Permanent position

Working under minimal supervision of the Manager, Digital Marketing, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Web Analytics Specialist conducts in-depth analyses of consumer behavior and website performance, which drive the optimization of engagement and commerce on the organization's websites. 

The Specialist collaborates with the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams to create the web analytics strategy, to build buy-in to the attendant metrics, to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data, to analyze the raw data to support the decision-making process, and to share insights and recommendations with the broader stakeholder team.

Additionally, the Web Analytics Specialist works collaboratively to develop, scope and implement digital initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization. 

To improve the website experience and increase conversions, the Specialist uses A/B testing to identify areas for improvement on the websites, working with stakeholders (i.e. UX/UI Manager) to implement changes, and analyze the impact of these changes.
