We are looking Salesforce Business Analyst with Service Cloud in Waltham, MA. This is 12 Months Contract Position 

Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD

Experience with Service Cloud. Experience with gathering requirements, story writing, story grooming, configuration and tasking. Experience with force.com platform

Gather data on and generate picture of idealized business process flows/data flows for business users while maximizing the use of the Force.com platform capabilities. Create stories based on customer's business requirements and help drive agreement and approval on stories.
