Position# 1

This is a direct-client opening for a People Analytics BI Manager located in New York, NY. This is a Full-Time Position

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) manager to join its Human Capital Analytics and Reporting team (HCAR). Members of HCAR are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

The BI manager will be responsible for overseeing global Human Capital reporting operations and developing the technical infrastructure to drive HCAR’s business intelligence priorities forward. The output of this effort will culminate in the development of insightful, consumable dashboard and reporting products that provide efficient access to talent insights for our global Human Capital team and senior business leaders throughout the firm. Knowledge of business intelligence programs (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Pentaho, Shiny), leading practices in data visualization, and scripting languages for data retrieval and transformation (e.g., SQL, Python) is critical.

This is a direct-client opening for a Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect. This is a Full-Time Remote Job Opportunity 

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the technology industry doing consulting work, designing and or deploying of Microsoft Solutions. Working under minimal supervision of the Sr. Mgr, Microsoft Services Practice, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect works as a technical pre-sales resource on professional services for our clients around the Microsoft Cloud offerings. The Solution Architect provides intermediate to advanced technical design, scope and SOW deliverables for deployment & migration services to Microsoft customers. The customer-facing Architect delivers Microsoft Cloud deployment planning services, technical writing, develops solutions and consults on complex Microsoft Cloud deployments. The Architect's primary responsibilities include client interaction, defining and analyzing business and technical needs, solution development, and assisting Sales in closing the SOW deal in a consultative approach.

Position# 3

This is a direct-client opening for a AWS Engineering Manager located in Mclean, VA or New York City, NY. This is a Full-Time Position.

Responsibilities:
As an AWS Engineering Manager, you will provide technical guidance and leadership to the Agile teams while being hands on in Site Reliability Engineering work as needed. Removing technical impediments, designing the platform/application implementations with cutting edge technologies and leading a successful team are core parts of responsibilities. This position requires working in fast paced environment which needs realigning priorities and changing strategies for successful implementation of business requirements.

Position# 4

This is a direct-client opening for a HR Product Manager located in New York, NY. This is a Full-Time Position

Our client is seeking an HR Product Manager to join its Human Capital Systems and Infrastructure team to assist with the development and implementation of a redesigned systems infrastructure. This team acts as caretaker of the systems that optimize human capital processes and house employee data.  
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher who have five to ten years of relevant work experience. Preference will be given to those who have been actively involved in product management for complex software implementations within an agile environment. The product manager will partner with developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and improve human capital systems. As the business partner for internal customers who are the main users of these systems, you will be responsible for understanding business need. Applicants with expertise in technical writing, process mapping, process re-engineering, and data modeling will excel in this role.
