This is a direct-client opening for an Oracle WMS Techno-Functional Analyst located in Van Nuys, CA. This is a full-time position. Relocation Assistance is provided and they will accept H1-B visa holders since they will transfer over visas. 

The Techno Functional Analyst is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the IT team and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle with expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) in multiple geographies. . Business Users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements, projects and end-user support.

You’ll Do:

Work with Logistics & Supply Chain teams to understand & document the business process.
Document requirements, design, configure, test and support Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects for our distribution centers.
Work closely and monitor techno functional experience of Oracle WMS (Rules, Control Board, Wave Planning, etc.) and MSCA mobile applications (custom menus, page customizations, etc.)
Maintain warehouse IT hardware (RF Scanners, Label printers, sensors, scales, network devices, PCs, etc.) with ability to perform basic troubleshooting and configuration.
Design labels such as Loftware, Zebra or similar software.
Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: Order Management, Shipping Execution, ASN – Advanced Shipment Notice process, INV, WIP, BOM, Purchasing and underlying database objects. Will also utilize the following Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: AP, AR, MRP.
Engage Business Users spanning multiple departments and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective solutions.  Create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation of changes.
Manage components of a project plan or projects.
Manage and address support tickets of various priorities.
Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations.
Verification of feasibility of Business User’s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical/business discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical Oracle EBS supply chain functional experience (WMS)
Minimum 2+ implementations of Oracle EBS WMS R12 or 11i
Strong knowledge of Oracle Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks
Proficiency with PL/SQL based queries
Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
Knowledge of Project and/or Software Development Life Cycle
Strong project management skills
