This is a direct-client opening for an SAP Analyst located in Irvine, CA. This is a 6+ month Contract-To-Hire.

The Senior SAP BPC / BI / HANA Analyst will be responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions using SAP Business Objects Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), BI, and HANA. This role will apply functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP ERP tools, planning/BI systems and functional finance processes. The analyst will implement leading practices within the business planning cycles, including strategic, financial and operational planning/reporting. The analyst will perform hands-on BPC, IBP, HANA, and BI design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, etc.).

Qualifications

10 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role designing, implementing, and supporting planning, reporting, and analytic solutions related to Corporate Finance in an SAP environment.
Experience with General Ledger, Profit center, Cost Center, Headcount, and Project based planning.
In-depth understanding and expertise of SAP BPC, IPB, and BI/BO analytics.
Experience in creating input templates, reports, and dashboards that are easy to use and visually pleasing.
Demonstrated experience with planning and managing unit/integration test efforts; facilitate cross functional, end-to-end business process testing via super users.
Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA Finance.
Demonstrated experience with HANA data modelling, data acquisition, scripting, CDS, BW modelling tools, and integration with Odata.
At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA, or BW on HANA, or standalone/sidecar HANA.
SAP cloud analytics and embedded analytics is required.
Knowledge of non-SAP reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, and how they integrate with SAP and HANA data.
Knowledge of SAP BPC, IPBP, S/4HANA, BI, and HANA security methodologies.
Project Management experience using ASAP and Agile development methodologies.
Bachelor degree in business related area or information systems or equivalent working experience.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Hybris Marketing-C4C Analyst with proven experience designing, developing, and implementing Hybris Marketing, Hybris C4C solutions. 

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, preferably on SAP systems
7+ years of SAP experience – SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP Portal etc.
4+ years of Hybris C4C Experience
2+ years of Hybris Marketing Experience
2+ years of development experience with SAP cloud application studio, custom web services, APIs
Extensive business and systems analysis skills that support applications development.
A good understanding of sales, marketing, operational and financial processes within a company.
Hands on experience Implementing Customer Service, Call Center tools
Good understanding of SAP CRM/C4C, Call center processes

The SAP Finance and Controlling Manger will join our team with responsibilities for coordinating all IT related activities in the Finance, Financial Planning, Controlling, Financial Reporting to ensure an effective and efficient operating environment.  SAP Finance and Controlling Manager will work with various other departments within the organization, utilizing their knowledge of our business processes, to ensure that the SAP ERP system meets all business requirements.

SAP Finance and Controlling Manger is responsible for leading team of Sr. Systems Analysts to identify business requirements, and translate them into effective systems design.  This includes researching, designing, creating, documenting, implementing, maintaining and supporting systems relating to our ERP suite of software products. The SAP Finance and Controlling Manager also utilizes business and systems expertise to identify new or improved business process opportunities, and evaluates them for adoption into the ERP environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business related area or information systems or equivalent working experience
More than 10 years of SAP experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting Management and Inventory Management Area.
A good understanding of operational and financial processes within a company.
At least 3-4 full life cycles SAP project experience as leading or managing team of business analysts.
Understanding of Project Management tools and Methodology.
Understanding Agile and Waterfall project management methodology.
Experience with the financial Planning tools like BPC is required.
