Job Description

This is a direct-client opening for a Manager, Digital Analytics located in San Francisco, CA. This is a 6+ month contract and you must be onsite (no remote work).

Qualifications:

7-10 years hands-on experience managing and leading analytics projects across multiple business areas
Deep understanding of  social media measurement, reporting, social listening, brand health and campaign optimization
4-6 years of campaign analytics experience, agency and/or client side preferably with an e-commerce focus (supporting Testing & Optimization, marketing, etc.)
Hands-on, advanced skills with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Omniture) and implementation
2-3 years minimum experience in designing and building dashboards (in Domo, Tableau..etc) and strong data processing experience
Understand how to deliver meaningful metrics up and down the funnel including establishing analytics that drive growth, user acquisition and measure conversion data
Proven ability to leverage analytics and data into brand and revenue growth driving initiatives
Experience and hands-on knowledge of CRM strategies, programs and marketing technologies including email, automation, data cleansing/appends
Experience with SAS, R, Python and SQL
A track record of partnership and collaboration, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders
A quick learner with a strong business acumen who commands influence and willingly challenges current assumptions
Curious mind that wants to explore boundaries of data science, including machine learning, AI and chatbots
Understanding of customer data structures, and willingness to drive new initiatives including our customer database (data lake), and establish structured data schemes from which we can gather actionable customer insights which inform marketing

Preferred Experience

Bachelor or Master’s degree in statistics or data science
Ability to build plans cross functionally working with marketing teams and business groups to drive effective outcomes
Desire, interest and knowledge working directly with Salesforce on CRM, Automation and DMP efforts
Strong communicator with the ability to drive and influence strategic buy-in from stakeholders and business groups
Experience creating and deploying predictive models to calculate CLV
Experience managing remote analytics teams
