My client is looking for an Equity Research Associate – Biotech for their location in New York City, NY.  This is a Permanent Position

This individual will work closely with Senior Equity Research Professionals to assist in preparing and executing analyses of functional areas within the therapeutics industry.  

Experience and Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge in a key area of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries including clinical development,  regulatory affairs, business development, marketing, or strategic planning;  management consulting experience or equity research experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2-4 years of professional experience preferred

Ability to search, understand and interpret scientific and medical publications

Strong Quantitative, Financial Modeling and Excel skills

General understanding of Statistical Analysis Techniques

Highest attention to detail

Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage tight timelines

MD or PhD strongly Required.
