We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive Hobart team. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop your clinical expertise by providing both assessments and therapeutic interventions to adults and older adults across the NDIS and Support at Home funding streams. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Conducting functional assessments and documenting client needs in detailed reports.  

• Communicating identified needs with clients, families, and service providers, and coordinating appropriate referrals to relevant health professionals or specialists.  

• Prescribing suitable equipment and recommending home modifications to support client independence and safety.

What we are Looking For:  

• You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy  

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the community  

• You have a valid drivers’ licence  

• You can provide evidence of:  

• AHPRA registration  

• Police Check  

• Be willing to apply for an Australian police check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
