We’ve just moved into our brand-new office near Bankstown Airport and are excited to grow our dynamic team! We’re a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we’re now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision, or who have a real interest in developing those skills to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. This role is open to being a Team Leader position for Therapists who are ready to take a step up and develop their operational leadership skills. 

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• A minimum of 4 years experience working as an Occupational Therapist
