We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert specializing in Asset Management to join our team for an exciting project. This role will be critical in the discovery phase of implementing a new asset management system using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current ServiceNow CMDB configuration and provide detailed analysis reports
• Define CMDB configuration needs based on current state analysis
• Evaluate integration requirements with third-party systems
• Develop configuration recommendations for the ServiceNow implementation
• Support the creation of an integration strategy and roadmap
• Contribute to the future state architecture design
• Configure IntegrationHub ETL for various systems
• Develop automated compliance reporting recommendations
• Document technical requirements in collaboration with the Solution Architect
• Provide expertise on ServiceNow Discovery capabilities and implementation

• MUST be ok with a 3-month contract with possibility of month-to-month extention
• 6+ years of ITSM/ITAM experience with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITAM, CMDB)
• Multiple CMDB implementation experiences
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and MID server deployment
• Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems
• Knowledge of asset management processes and best practices
• Experience with automated CMDB discovery implementations
• Strong technical documentation skills
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
• Understanding of cloud asset discovery and management
• ITIL certification

Location: United States (Remote with occasional travel to Scottsdale AZ/Hartford CT)
