We are looking for a passionate developer to join our growing Ruby on Rails team. At least one year of experience is required in Ruby - or in similar technologies. Freshers are also welcome if you have written a lot of code before and can share Github link.

BetaCraft technologies is a remote-first company - so you will be working remotely with the rest of the team. The person must be self-motivated to get work done and also needs to be good in written communication.

Responsibilities

• Write code that is maintainable, readable and follows good practices
• Collaborate with team and client to understand requirements and implement those in code
• Deploy, maintain and optimise Rails apps
• Review and refactor code
