Job Description

The Human Resources department manages the entire employee lifecycle, from initial application through to exit. This team ensures that every individual receives a seamless experience, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence across the business.

Based in our Bogotá office, this role involves managing complex administrative processes and providing essential support to stakeholders. You will be the go-to person for HR operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every task undertaken.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to recognise when issues require escalation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional, sensitive and discreet communication style
  • Results-oriented approach to meeting deadlines
  • Strong focus on HR operations and process improvement

Additional Information

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including contract preparation, induction scheduling and system set-up
  • Process new starter documentation and complete right to work checks in line with statutory requirements
  • Schedule medical checks for new starters and ensure completion
  • Coordinate references and verification checks according to internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data security
  • Monitor employee absenteeism and report findings in line with internal procedures
  • Administer social security registrations and reporting to ensure full compliance
  • Process severance payment requests and manage employee benefits with high precision
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal HR workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist with disciplinary process documentation and case evaluation
