Job Description

As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences, through the creation of visually rich videos and interactive materials to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.

Joining the Training department, you will create high-quality, bespoke content that incorporates best practices from learning theory and instructional design frameworks. The team focuses on delivering compelling corporate digital learning provision, ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

You will utilise photography, iconography, visual text, audio narration and background music to deliver compelling content. Aligning with the creation of bespoke modules, you will use a variety of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, alongside the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for asset creation.

This is a full-time role and initially office based, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working model, in line with the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Extensive background developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System
  • Adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively within an evolving environment
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous eLearning creation
  • Coding knowledge, preferably HTML5 and Python

  • Working with Subject Matter Experts to acquire and translate written content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning
  • Supporting the management of digital learning projects through their entire life cycle
  • Designing eLearning interventions and produce materials in accordance with stakeholder needs
  • Establishing and strengthening effective relationships to ensure the best outcome for the learner
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials
  • Conducting effective design practices on multiple digital learning projects simultaneously
  • Making confident recommendations for change to key stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology
