Job Description
The Human Resources team is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from application stage to exiting the business and beyond. Based at our offices in Bogota, you will support the delivery of the best service to all our stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented with strong commitment to follow through.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelors preferred
- Ability to recognise when issues need to escalate to an appropriate level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing
- Results oriented person to meet deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Human Resources department
- Work experience in disciplinary processes
- Work experience in documentation and labour relations
Additional Information
- Ensuring the entire hiring process once receive the job offer details from the Recruitment team
- Processing new starter documentation and completing right to work checks in line with statutory requirements
- Scheduling the medical checks of all the new starters and ensuring that the process is completed
- Ensuring references and verification checks are carried out and recorded according to internal procedures
- Managing the employee documents, always maintaining the data information security
- Following up the absenteeism of the employees and ensuring the report according to internal procedures
- Making labour certifications when requested
- Ensuring the entire leaver process of employees
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Escalating to management when critical issues are identified
- Supporting the disciplinary process documentation and evaluation of cases
