Job Description

As an SEO & Content Associate, you will join the bet365 Digital Marketing team. Work across regulated markets, optimizing website structure & content to improve search engine rankings.

You will work across multiple departments to drive best-in-class Organic Search results for the company. You will coordinate with the Content, Development, Outreach and Paid Marketing teams to support continued Organic growth.

You will write and optimize news and evergreen content, as well as brief new pages to support the development of the broader SEO strategy. Your interest in SEO and will allow you to work closely and collaborate with the wider Editorial Content team.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The salary range for this role is $57,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with key web and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Sitebulb.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business results through organic optimizations across multiple languages and markets.
  • Some knowledge in technical SEO, in particular indexing and crawling.
  • Awareness of the concepts of Semantic Search, Entity Oriented Search and LLM’s.
  • Strong level of mathematics, with experience analyzing numerical data, statistics and presenting/visualizing the data to the business through Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of combining content writing and SEO expertise, creating content that is optimized for search engines while also being engaging and informative for users.
  • Experience in news-based content creation and News SEO is desired.
  • Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and other content formats.

Additional Information

  • Implementing and developing SEO strategies.
  • Optimizing content regularly on the website.
  • Monitoring performance for the US market and identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvements and optimizations
  • Monitoring the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
  • Assisting with the delivery of SEO audits across bet365’s Sport, Gaming, News and Content sites across all TLDs.
  • Performing keyword and topic research with an organic focus, combining the data with the pre-existing paid data and existing content available to feed into relevant teams.
  • Combining competitor analysis with query data from leading partners to refine our strategy on an ongoing basis.
  • Working with the content team through structured data opportunities and ensuring relevant content is being displayed for queries.
  • Working to improve content for high volume queries, which are missing key content delivery. 
  • Delivering content creation, setting process, managing content calendars, and ensuring content aligns with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Analyzing data and results to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
