Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Customer Account Advisor with a C1 English level. This is a fantastic career opportunity that offers you the chance to thrive and grow within the vibrant world of customer support services.

Based in our Bogota office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our US customers. Your flexibility will be key, as you will be engaging with customers during peak times across the exhilarating sporting calendar, including evenings, some weekends, and holidays.

You will provide support through three channels: chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance tailored to their needs. Moreover, this role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the American customer market, equipping you with valuable insights that will enhance your professional journey.
