Job Description

As a Software Development Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our platform by building and driving a team.

The PAM Verification team are developing, enhancing and supporting the Business critical verification platform. This includes the delivery of real time facial recognition systems utilising innovative AI technology to core operational tooling. You will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and encouraged to create innovate problem-solving techniques to successfully deliver change.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of robust verification systems, enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture of outstanding software development practices.

By leading the team and retaining a good technical understanding of the systems, you will remain close to the solutions being developed to define and deliver key initiatives.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

  • Taking ownership of issues and development deliverables in a managerial capacity, seeing them through from start to finish.
  • Ensuring successful and timely delivery of development works for the defined areas of the process you are responsible for.
