Job Description

A Customer Account Advisor within Customer Verification who will play a key part in the verification process of our global customer base. 

We are looking for bright, inquisitive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.  

The ideal candidate will play a key role in reviewing customer registration details and verifying documents in line with Company processes. 

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours; working any five days from seven, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

If successful you will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in Colombia. 

The position is to work on site in Bogotá. 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in back office, banking or a contact centre is desirable. 
  • Fluent written and spoken English. 
  • Analytical Skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to learn new tasks. 
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, team player and problem solver. 
  • Ability to work to high standards when under pressure. 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks. 
  • Effective communicator at all levels.

  • Verifying identification documents provided by our customers. 
  • Reviewing customers registration details. 
  • Using internal and external sources to verify our customers. 
  • Assisting other departments with verification queries. 
  • Ensuring compliance with our Company verification processes.
