• Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers
• Follow the Company's developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilites
• Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implementation of Quality process required to support QMS and the company's Quality Objectives
• Conduct Audit and investigation to all delivery lapses
• Identify areas for process weakness and propose apporpriate control to mitigate weakness
• Monitor corrective actions implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies
• Performs audits of processess and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's
• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations
• Review and analysis of Shipment Discrepancy for VizMin
• Checking of Truck movement Log
• Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production Output
• Documentation of Audit Process
• Conduct special Audit as per Management's requirements
• Conduct truck audit
• Do other assigned tasks

• College graduate preferably on Engineering, Accounting, Management, IT or equivalent
• Between 21-30 years of age; preferably Male
• Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in audit position
• Strong analytical skills and experience with implentation and administration
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must
