• Responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
• this position through mentoring and training will also help the development of the capability within the warehouse department group
• establishes, publishes and maintain policies and procedures relative to the scope of the production activity
• staff supervision
• orients employees on job duties and responsibilities and explain job performance and standards
• ensures employees' compliance to company rules and regulations as well as operational policies and procedures
• ensures that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
• monitors the attendance of staff and ensures that the department is adequately manned at all times
• prepares work schedule as well as leave availments and distributes work assignments effectively
• motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards
• Can supervise the following job functions: Receiving and dispatching unit, tagging section

Essential:

• Position requires the full knowledge of warehousing principles and application normally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business field. At least 25-35 years of age; Male or Female
• Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity
• Must have full knowledge in warehouse management and inventory controls

Desirable:

• Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other related software programs. Can perform spreadsheet calculations
