Job Description
- Receives and inspect all incoming goods with acceptable quality, correct quantity/descriptions and proper documents
- Counts, sorts, or weight incoming goods to verify receipts of items against shipping notice
- Recrods and checks quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to delivery receipts and specifications
- Reviews computer reports for unused, excess and slow moving stock items. Prepares list of depleted items, recommends survey of defectives or unusuable items and submit disposal recommendations to Warehouse Supervisor
- Determine and declaration of fast/slow moving items, out of stocks, critical level and shipment/transfer discrepancy repots
- Manage all stocks for upkeep of records and files, safekeeping and store-keeping
- Preserves the warehouse records and store area in neat and orderly manner
- Receives, stores, tags and track pull out items for proper receipt and conditioning
- Prepare warehouse requisition; picking, sorting, and tagging assures FIFO method
Educational Attainment
- Preferably 2years, 3yrs/college graduate
- Using excellent customer services skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationship with other employees, external and internal customer
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
