• Check all staff current workload and availability
• Monitor execution of work by all based on WAC
• Monitor the work schedule/workload of IC/Encoder based on volume of order. Establish the required TAT for each staff work
• Identify staff with late entries and take action according to demand/needs
• Check IC current work load: Dealer and End user IC, Outlet IC, and Vismin IC
• In case of absence of staff: do workload balancing
• Review existing inventory control procedures and revise them wherever required
• Randomly check posting of all required transactions
• Get the total out vs. the given average sales (Note: average sales/consumption is the basis on identifying the inventory levels
• Check and download Val/Cebu/Davao inventory in Nav. Match with stocking level, identify out of stock and critical level
• Check outstanding order with Procurement
• Mark items that are regularly out of stock or under critical level
• Trace the stock movement in System
• Identify accuracy of set SL vs. average delivery
• Identify concerns, OS, CL, pending, system error
• Indetify items that are non moving based on last transaction date. Submit report to Sales and Retail for action planning
• Prepare inventory reports and highlited issues
• Maintain inventory of low class items and recommend on their disposal depending on qty on hand/space acquired/condition status - getting damaged)
• Train new personnel on inventory flow and inventory data recording procedures

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related course
• With at least years of experience in product planning and inventory control in a manufacturing firm
• Have the capacity to adopt new concepts with due responsibilities
• Must be able to handle extreme pressure
