Job Description
- Setting up the new pulvorizer machine (machine setting)
- Turn on and operate operate old pulvorizer, no setting required
- Load pellet (resin material) to pulvorizer feeder
- Ensure correct material is feed on the pulvorizer feeder
- Ensure proper mesh size produce by pulvorizer
- Report to line supervisor in case of different meshize or machine trouble occured
- Collect material produced by pulvorizer, store properly and sealed
- Operate mixer machine
- Mixing of chemical colorant, foam, UV & CS (calcium stierate)
- Collect mixed chemical and store properly
Qualifications
- High School or College level
- With experience in handling equipment particular to plastic manufacturing related products
