Job Description
- The overall goal of this post is to work together with other CC Coordinator and Technical Officer on a managed time
- CheckTechnicians' attendance and ensure their proper and timely dispatchbased on schedule. Otherwise make immediate adjustment. Notifyconcerned Department as soon as possible for action being taken
- Attendto any administrative concerns of Technicians/problems affecting their work/deployment for the day
- Labelall parts and store them in parts storage area for issue based onTechnicians' schedule
- Check/callField work Technicians if accomplished job is according to schedule
- Check/approachin-house technicians if accomplished job is according to schedule
- Checkovertime filed submitted by Technicians or by SC Coordinator
- Checkrequest for change shift for the final Technician schedule
- Putnotation on request for overtime or change schedule for the finalapproval of PM
- Inter-departmentalcoordination to see through from survey request, execution andaccomplishment including pricing, materials and customercommunication
a.Receive request for survey from Sales (outlet/Dealer)
b.Plan and schedule surveys
c.Gather information from surveyors, draft BOM and send it togetherwith MPI, and come up with production recommendation options forapproval
d.Process pricing and quotation to customers
e.Ensure complete materials availability in line with planned jobsiteschedule
Qualifications
Essential:
- College graduate with a degree in Engineering or any technical related course
- With background in survey and material proposal and cost estimation
- With knowledge on water supply system is desirable but not required
Desirable:
- Previous experience of customer invoicing
- Exposure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
- Previous experience in customer service
- Exposure to ticketing systems and financial transaction processes
